Feature:

The carcass material and strength of the belt can be selected according to requirement of users,we have the following carcass materials: cotton(cc),Nylon(NN),and Polyester(EP)sible to convey at steep angle with big capacity in a limited space

Sidewall conveyor belt conveyor belt separator skirts called, by the baseband, ribs, transverse bulkheads 3 parts. Due to space restrictions, or need a large angle to enhance the material, in order to prevent the transport of materials scattered, often choose sidewall conveyor belt.Profile edges  transverse bulkhead is a secondary curing method connected with the baseband with high bonding strength.

Sidewall conveyor belt Always works together with the corrugated transport system, normally the angle is more than 30 degree, it also could work together with the common use belt conveyor for the horizontal and short distance transportation (No clapboard generally).

-No skirt board is required as transport materials spillage is prevented by high wavelike raised strips.
-Incline angle can be easily adjusted with specially strong belts and press rollers.
