POLYESTER/EP RUBBER CONVEYOR BELT

Polyester conveyor belt is suitable for conveying materials under medium and long distances, high cutting weight, and high speed conditions. Used in coal, mine, port, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry and other fields to transport materials

NN RUBBER CONVEYOR BELT
 

It is made of multiple layers of nylon canvas glued together in a certain way, and the upper and lower covers are covered with strong, elastic and wear-resistant rubber.
 

Nylon core conveyor belt has the characteristics of thin belt body, high strength, impact resistance, good performance, high interlayer bonding strength, long service life, etc., suitable for conveying materials under medium and long distances, high capacity and high speed conditions.

Application
heat-resistant conveyor belt is mainly used to transport high-temperature materials, such as sintering ore, thermal coke, cement clinker, thermal castings and so on.

Operating Temperature
The chemical industry, heat-resistant conveyor belts are divided into T1, T2, T3 grades, the corresponding test temperature is 100, 125 and 150 degrees Celsius

Structure
Heat-resistant conveyor belt is composed of high-temperature burning layer, transition layer, organic insulation layer, strong layer and heat-resistant layer.

The selection of cotton canvas, nylon canvas or polyester canvas as a core, covering glue using natural rubber and shunbutyl rubber with rubber, high elasticity, impact resistance, wear and cold resistance excellent characteristics, can be used normally in the environment of minus 40 degrees C.




The pattern conveyor belt is suitable for conveying loose, bulky or bagged materials on inclined surfaces. The transportation angle should be less than 40 degrees.
