PIPE CONVEYOR BELT

The core of Tubular Conveyor Belt is composed of high canvas or steel cord carcass, with high strength and wearable rubber as this top and bottom cover. During operating, the rubber belt is gradual changing from the plane to U-size, while the belt is rolled into tubular size for hermetic conveying.
Tubular conveyor belt is using for conveying materials required environment protecting and three-dimensional bend conveying in coal, mine, port, electric power, metallurgy, architecture, food industry. During hermetic conveying, the materials do not fly upwards and fall off, do not influence by environment, can be bend, big obliquity, out and home conveyed.

1. CONSTRUCTION
Belt reinforcement is composed of high tension fabric and steel cord. Covered top and bottom with high quality of abrasion resistant rubber compound. During operation, the belt become gradually into type U and finally into type tubular and conveying materials under a hermitic condition.

2. APPLICATION
Suitable for conveying materials in coal industry, metallurgical, construction and food industries, mines, ports, and power plants where the environmental protection and three-dimensional bending are required strictly. Because the materials are conveyed in a completely hermetic condition, they are not flying off everywhere, the environment is protected. Meanwhile materials can be conveyed at a big inclination and bended condition.

3.FEATURES

• Prevents transport materials from flying, spilling or mixing with foreign substances as transported in a sealed pipe.
• Consumes less energy than ordinary conveyor lines.
• 3-dimension layouts are available with openings at top, bottom, left or right.
• Allows for maximum 30 degree incline transport, much steeper than ordinary conveyor belts.
• Occupies minimum installation space.
• Generates much less noise than ordinary conveyor lines.
