SIEDWALL CONVEYOR BELT
The Sidewall Conveyor Belt is also called a skirt partition conveyor belt. The ribs prevent the material from slipping and falling. In order to easily bypass the drum, the ribs are designed in a corrugated shape; the role of the transverse partition is to support the material. In order to achieve a large inclination, the T-type TC is used. The ribs and the diaphragm are connected to the baseband by a secondary vulcanization method, and have high connection strength.

Advantage:
The main advantage of the Sidewall Conveyor Belt is that it can realize large-inclined transportation, so it is also called a high-inclined conveyor belt. And this is mainly achieved by the ribs and partitions. The high-inclination side ribs and the partitions can well protect the materials from gravity and wind and other environmental influences. The cooperation of the rib and the partition plate forms a relatively closed space, and only the upper side is left for feeding by the feeder. It can be said that it is specifically designed and manufactured for this large-angle transportation method. Then each partition can carry the material, and it is continuously conveyed to the specified height by the conveyor, and then iterates back and forth to complete the material transportation process.
