Zhenxing's Multi-Ply Fabric Conveyor Belt is an all synthetic multiply construction available in a very wide range of strengths and number of plies, utilising a polyester fibre for warp and a polyamide fibre for weft.
Our Multi-Ply Fabric Conveyor Belt can be offered with a wide range of rubber covers to suit a diverse range of applications from extreme abrasion, cutting and gouging to light duty conveying of non-abrasive materials.

Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt is specially designed for conveying high temperature materials, has excellent heat resistance, and can retain its ageing resistance under the most severe environment. FIRE AND FLAME RETARDANT CONVEYOR BELT |
Flame Retardant Conveyor belt has rubber covers that provide good tear, cut, impact and abrasion resistance and is also fire retardant. This is best suit in environments with fire hazards - Self ignition of either conveyed materials or the conveyor belt itself.

OIL RESISTANT CONVEYOR BELT |
Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt provide good tear, cut and abrasion resistance and also are resistant to swelling when caused by absorption of oils and grease.
The presence of oil in the transported material can have detrimental defects on standard rubber covers:
• It will degrade the physical properties such as abrasion resistance, tensile strength and tear strength;
• The belt covers will absorb the oil causing them to swell and loose adhesion with the carcass.
MOR-Medium Oil Resistance. For conveying materials with moderate oil presence.
OR-Superior Oil Resistance. For conveying materials immersed with mineral oils

Conveying bulk solids can sometimes cause difficulties; sharp-edged, large pieces of undefined shapes, unfavourable feeding conditions, material pileups could result in longitudinal cuts or punctures in the belt. Engineers have identified the problem and searched for a technical and costefficient solution. Their effort resulted inthe development of a Ripcheck conveyor belt with an additional impact-resistant breaker installed above the carcass.
With regard to the intended use and breaker, the following types are available:
• RC type - elastic cross-reinforcement with steel cord
• RCH type - very narrow and elastic reinforcement with steel cord for severe conditions

Our engineers have developed a Pipetype conveyor belt. The Pipetype conveyor belt is suitable for use in tougher conditions and requires application of special tubular-type conveyors. Conveyor belts with a smooth carrying surface are useful for conveying of packed and unpacked material up to the angle of inclination 22° as an upper limit.
Chevron belts are the right belts to meet your requirements when higher angles of inclination are required. For this purpose, our experts have developed high-performance and high-quality Chevron and High-Chevron conveyor belts. They are noted for long service life and flexibility due to homogeneous Chevron profiles, which are vulcanised together with a base belt.
Now we have more than 40 types of pattern molds, including various shapes and heights, and we also support customers to customize pattern molds.
Sidewall conveyor belting system has been developed mainly for very steep angle conveying, up to a gradient of 90º (vertical plane).
The belts, provided with sidewalls and cleats, have a high degree of flexibility, which enables effective transition from horizontal to inclined conveying (and vice versa). Belts can be adapted to different patterns or arrangements to suit client requirements.
Advantages of sidewall belting system:
The sidewall belt construction increases carrying capacity by up to 4 times compared to other kinds of traditional belts in the same width range.
A sidewall conveyor saves floor space by allowing the vertical elevation of materials, up to a gradient of 90º
Due to the reduced number of components, the overall cost of a sidewall conveying system as well as the maintenance cost is lower than that of a comparable installation with traditional conveyors.
