Sidewall belts require a certain tensile strength and abrasio resistant ability. For belt with lateral free space, the belt has to have enough cross rigidity transversely and flexibility longitudinally to meet up with the requirement of deflection part of conveyor. The special designed base belt with cross rigidity solved the problem of belt collapse. The belt width are in accordance with international standard.
Sidewall Range
SINO-WALL Corrugated Sidewalls represent the latest in design ideasn and manufacturing techniques. The Sidewall design ensures maximum flexing without fatigue, the profile has excellent vertical stability for load retention and reyurn side support. The design sllows for high compression to ensure smooth inner deflection around amall radii. Another important design feature is that the sidewalls can be pressed from both sides when mounting, this offers much higher bond strengths and security. The fabric insertion is of the diagonal type which gives excellent tear resistance and alsa allows the sidewall to flex more easily. The rubber compounds used have been tested to ensure maximum flexibility along with high abrasion resistant and high tensile strength.
The 'in-house' test conveyor designed and built specially to test the new range of SINO-WALL sidewalls has proved th edesign and rubber compounds work together in harmony increasing the life of the sidewall and ensuring maximum durability.

Cleat Range
We designed special rubber compound for SINO-WALL cleats which is with good features of impact resistance and hardness to avoid cleat deflection.
All SINA-WALL Cleats have been specifically design to give optimum performance. The shape of the 'C' and 'TC' types have been created to offer best conveying capacities along with excellent self-cleaning properties. SINO-WALL cleats are either of the extruded type for the smaller profiles, all larger cleats are moulded to give the best shape retension even when conveying high-density materials. Cleats are available in 2.5m for moulded.
1. Hot vulcanization
Side wall, cleat and base belt are joined through twice low temperature hot vulcanization, which ensures high adhesion value, flatten and no fall off. And the adhesion value won't be influced by high temperature material.

4. Advanced computerised belt selection technique
The suitable belt specification can be selected by oue computerised belt selection technique according to practical conveyor application.
5.Humanized & Safe Packing Method
In order to protect sidewall conveyor belt property, it must be stored in steel crate or container during transport until installation. The belt should be stored in a place that dry, away from direct sunlight and thermal environment. Long-term temperature variation will cause adverse effect to belt. The ideal storage environment for temperature is between 10-21 degrees celsius. It will make th ebelt sclerosis or curing if is long-term exposed to mtemperature of lower than 5 degree, which will cause the belt offtrack after installation and what's more, to impact the operation effect and belt service life.
All SINO-WALL Conveyor Belts leave the production line packed in such a way as to ensure safe transportation. It is important to always lift the steel crate from underneath by strapes or chains when handling it. Do not lift the crate at any other points as damage may result.
It is essential that when offloading and unpacking the belt that the utmost care be taken not to damage the belt. The belt should be unpacked as the following sketches, it is most important that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should a steel cable or rope be used to lift the belt either out of a crate or onto the conveyor.
