Basic Product Description Pipe Conveyor Belt refers to the conveyor belt matched with the circular pipe belt conveyor, which forms the shape of a circular pipe in the whole or part of the transportation line by means of external force.Pipe Conveyor Belt,the core body is composed of high strength canvas or steel wire rope, high strength, high wear resistance and high quality rubber as upper and lower covering layer. When working, the tape gradually changes from plane to U shape, and finally rolls into tubular shape to implement closed conveying. Applicable to coal, mine, port, electric power, metallurgy, building materials and grain industries, which have strict requirements for environmental protection and material transportation for bending in three-dimensional space. Fully enclosed material transportation, no material flying, not affected by natural conditions, not affecting the environment, bendable, large inclination, round-trip transportation of materials. |
1. CONSTRUCTION
Belt reinforcement is composed of high tension fabric and steel cord. Covered top and bottom with high quality of abrasion resistant rubber compound. During operation, the belt become gradually into type U and finally into type tubular and conveying materials under a hermitic condition.
2. APPLICATION
Suitable for conveying materials in coal industry, metallurgical, construction and food industries, mines, ports, and power plants where the environmental protection and three-dimensional bending are required strictly. Because the materials are conveyed in a completely hermetic condition, they are not flying off everywhere, the environment is protected. Meanwhile materials can be conveyed at a big inclination and bended condition.
