Construction Features and Applications
Belt load is carried by solid woven carcass, which is impregnated with PVC paste then protected with PVC or PVG covers. Solid woven belt has good fire resistance, anti-static properties. It has light weight high elongation at break, good adhesion, high impact resistance, and high tear strength. It is suitable for underground coalmines as well as environments where flame resistant properties is required.
Product Classifications
Note: Can be manufactured according to various international standard MT 914 SANS 971 AS 4606. BS3289, BC 158. Recommend to use pressed PVC belt instead of standard non pressed PC belt for its better service hfe and strength for fastener holding.
