Structure
Four parts: Top cover rubber; Bottom cover rubber; Reinforced core; Cross rigid.
Min top cover thickness: 3 mm;
Min bottom cover thickness: 1.5 mm.
Belt carcass ( casing ply): EP, Cotton, Nylon Steel Cord
Characteristcis

Cleat:
Cleat types: T, TC
The cleat is made of enforced fabric, solid, anti-shock to avoid distortion.
"T" cleat are normally used up to 40 degree
"TC" normally used from 0 degree to 90
Classify by constructure:

2) Transverse reinforcement type: XE, XE+2, XE-SC+2 etc

Application:
Suitable for conveying easy sifted materilas in
powder, granulated and small lump, paste and liquid, widely used in loading and unloading transportation systems such as ore mine, coal mine, stations and wharf to conveying materials in shape of lump, partials, and powders, etc.
Side Wall Dtails:
The side wall has been designed to achieve adequate rigidity to avoid the buckling under compression experienced by it at the point of deflection.
The top portion of the side wall has been designed against tear & gauging resistant by using special rubber compound having high elongation at break.
The side walls are fully reinforced with synthetic fabric to get better life.

Advanced production equipment
We uses advanced production equipment for each production process.
In terms of rubber mixing, it has 8 sets of internal mixer, such as F370 internal mixer and F270 internal mixer. It adopts SSM low-temperature primary mixing technology to realize the whole process automation of rubber mixing and one-time forming process, which fundamentally guarantees the overall quality of rubber belt.
In terms of calendering, the cold-feeding extruder pre-heating process and the new 4S four-roll calendering machine are used to accurately ensure the specifications and thickness of sheet and adhesive.
Forming, the German technology of 2.4m wide sheet extruder and the Japanese technology of 2.4m with billet constant tension forming machine, to ensure the uniform of the stress layer of the belt and the quality of semi- finished products.
Sulfide, with a 2.4 mX12m / 1.4 mX16.6/1.6 mX10m curing equipment, the equipment is hot plate unit pressure can reach 60 kg/cm2, can fully guarantee and belt between each layer to layer, steel cord and rubber, cloth and rubber adhesive best efficiency. It can ensure the actual quality level of the adhesive belt, reaching the international advanced level of similar products.
Customized packaging:
Packaging: the use of anti-ultraviolet material imported from Korea for packaging or according to user requirements for packaging.
