Product Feature:This product is made of cotton canvas, polyester cotton, polyester cotton, nylon, polyester interwoven dipping canvas through the process of calendering, gluing, cutting molding, heating vulcanization, etc. The covering adhesive is selected special oil resistant adhesive with different oil resistance requirements, and covered on the surface of the tape by special process to protect the core from damage.
Characteristic: Overlay glue is NBR which has good oil resistance According to consumer's ordering we choose strengthen material.

Oil resistant conveyor belt is made of cotton canvas, nylon canvas and polyester canvas; After calendering, forming, vulcanization and other processes refined, it gets good oil resistance;

Suitable for conveying oil-bearing materials, as well as some oil, chemical solvents may be used in the occasion.

The tolerance of ordinary conveyor belt to various oils and organic solvents is poor.

When transporting oil-bearing materials, because of the swelling and erosion of the oil on the adhesive, the surface colloid product increases, the structure is loose, the physical and mechanical properties decrease, and the service life of the product is shortened.

Applications: Oil resistant conveyor belt has good oil resistance and organic solvent resistance. It is fit for carrying materials including oil and organic solvent.
