Construction
The design of multiply fabric conveyor belt enables application in all areas of material handling. It consists of rubber cover, carass and core rubber.
Rubber Cover
Rubber Cover is developed fron blends of natural and synthetic, which is designed to protect the carcass from abrasion, impact, deterioration, water and other injurious influences. It can be compounded to meet particular service conditions such as abrasion resistant, oil resisatnt, heat resistant, fire resistant, acid & alkali resisatnt and anti-static, etc.
Carcass
Carcass consists of one or multiple plies dipped synthetic reinforced fabric based on EP (warp-polyester+weft-polyamide), NN(Nylon/Nylon) or CC(Cotton/Cotton). It maintains belt tension and supplies structural strength, which undertakes allmo9st all the load during in the work.
Core Rubber
Core rubber has good fabric adhesion properties, which makes the fabrics bond tight. That can increase flex life and create a more elastic link, so that fabrics flex without separation when belt under working.
Ripstop Belts
Ripstop Belts with steel layer embedded between the cover and the carcass is designed to withstand the impact with sharp and extreme load materials. The special characteristic ensures the belt's resisatnce to tearing.

Classification of Conveyor Belt Structures
- Mine conveyor belts are mainly used for coal transportation in coal mines, and also for material transportation in metallurgy, chemical, power plants, docks and other industries. The machine has a large capacity and high efficiency.
- Mining rollers are generally used in the ambient temperature range of +40 ºC to -10 ºC. For occasions with dust-proof, explosion-proof, and anti-corrosion requirements, and when the conveyor belt is reversible, additional measures should be taken.

- Nylon (PA) conveyor belt has good elasticity, high strength, impact resistance, good flexure resistance, good trough ability, low elongation, suitable for medium and short distance, high load, high speed material transportation.
- Nylon conveyor belt has the characteristics of thin belt body, high strength, impact resistance, good groove formation, high interlayer adhesion, excellent flexibility and long service life. It is suitable for medium and long distances, relatively high load capacity, and high speed conditions. Down-conveying materials are extensively used in mining, coal yard, chemical industry, metal smelting, construction, ports and other sectors.
- Nylon conveyor belts can be divided into cold-resistant, acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, oil-resistant, and wear-resistant types according to different covering rubber properties. The use of special food-grade conveyor belts can meet the requirements of occupations such as food, pharmacy, and daily chemical industry.
- The conveying is stable, and there is no relative movement between the material and the conveyor belt, which can prevent the damage to the conveyed material from being too low. It is recommended to use wolfram lamps or hot air guns to heat for 0.5 to 1 hour.
