It's mainly used for conveying materials in underground coalmines, which can be divided into PVC type and PVG type. For the PVC type, both the top and bottom cover is PVC rubber cover, with the coating rubber thickness of ≥0.8mm and at a slope angle of <16°; For the PVG type, both the top and bottom cover is rubber blends PVC, with the coating rubber thickness of 1.5~4.5mm,and at a slope angle of <20°.
The belt, with great flame resistant and anti-static properties, can fully satisfy the requirements of MT914/EN14973 , The belt uses high strength, low elongation, high quality polyester filament in warp, and high strength, moderate modulus nylon filament in weft. So that the fabric has advantages like high strength, low elongation, light carcass, free of separation of plies, shock resistant, anti-tear, good troughability and so on.
PVG type is covered with covers mainly composed of rubber, which further improves the troughability, resistance to wetness and slip, resistance to low temperature, elongation and wear resistance of the belt. Thus it can not only enhance the slope angle of conveying but also elongate life of belt.

Heat Resistant, High Temperature Resistant Fabric Conveyor Belt |

Anti-tear Fabric Conveyor Belt |
It's suitable for transportation of hard and sharp materials in larger drop height occasions, used in lines of mines, ports, electricity, metallurgy, chemical industry, coalmines, etc.
The anti- tear conveyor belt has highly extensible transverse polyester or nylon canvas evenly arranged in the top cover (or both top and bottom cover) of the steel cord carcass. The anti-tear layer is perpendicular to the running direction of belt. When the belt conveys hard and sharp materials, the anti-tear layer can stop it from being pierced. Even if the belt is pierced, the anti-tear layer can still prevent it from being torn.

Straight Warp Conveyor Belt |
Straight warp conveyor belts are suitable for conveying materials in larger drop height, high
load and high speed occasions, which are widely used in mines, ports, electricity, etc.
Thin carcass:
Replacing the multilayer structure with 1 or 2 plies, which will reduce 7%~17% of the full thickness
and improve sinuosity, making the belt running well with the smaller pulley, and the single roll length
will be 400~500 to reduce loss.
High strength:
With the special weaving method of high denier fiber, the tensile strength of the fabric layer will be
improved, and the working elongation of the conveyor belt will be reduced.
Excellent toughness:
The special structure of straight wrap can absorb impact better than ordinary EP or NN fabric, which

5.Heat Resistant CONVEYOR BELT (HR,EPDM,SBR+EPDM) The core of the product is polyester canvas with high modulus, low shrinkage and high breaking strength. The covering rubber is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer or chlorinated butyl rubber with good high temperature resistance. It is refined with high temperature resistant materials in conformity with forming and vulcanizing processes. After special impregnation and setting treatment, the product has high bonding strength, small elongation deformation and excellent abrasion performance under normal service conditions below 180 C. Steel cord conveyor belts are suitable for high strength, long distance, and heavy load transportation of materials, which are widely used in coalmines, mines, ports, metallurgy, electricity, chemical industries, etc.
1. High tensile strength: The belts are suitable for large span, long distance transportation of materials.
2. Small elongation in use: The belts need only a very short take-up stroke distance.
3. Small diameter of drive pulley: The carcass has a layer of longitudinally arranged steel cords as its skeleton,and thus is resistant to flex fatigue. Therefore, drive pulley of smaller diameter can be used to make the equipment smaller.
4. High adhesion between rubber and steel cord: The steel cords are coated with zinc on their surface, and also the rubber used has the property of good adhesion with steel cords. Therefore, the rubber is tightly adhered to the steel cords and is resistant to shock and difficult to drop, so the rubber belts are long in service life.
5. Even tension of steel cords: Out of our advanced techniques in manufacturing, the steel cords are very evenly arranged and have the same tension, so the belts are well balanced in running and difficult to run deviation.
6. Good troughability: As the carcass has no transverse skeleton, it is easy to form a deep trough, so the belts can load more materials and prevent the materials from escaping.

Steel cord pipe conveyor belt is a new type of conveying belt which uses steel cord as carcass, high elastic, high anti-abrasive and high strength rubber as working surface. The values will help to determine the appropriate cover compound for the application or for the materials carries. Reliable assessment of the behavior of the covers in service for wear and cut resistance cannot be determined from tensile strength, and abrasion values alone.
Heat Resistant, High Temperature Resistant Steel Cord Conveyor Belt |
It is suitable for conveying high temperature solid materials like sintering ore, coke, cement clinker, etc. which is used in metallurgical, cement, chemical industry and so on.
Developed new structure carcass materials will reduce the strength loss of heat aging during running, and thus will extend the working life.
The cover uses superior ethylene-propylene rubber or halogenate rubber which will enhance the high temperature resistant property of the rubber and reduce the loss of heat aging.

IW/SW Steel Mesh Conveyor Belt (NEW) |
Applying IW/SW steel mesh to conveyor belting as carcass makes the belt with great anti-tear properties which will effectively prevent being pierced and with good performance in heat resistance. IW conveyor belt is suitable for ore handling, quarries, coal and ore terminals which requiring impact resistant and anti-tear properties; metallurgical sintering and coke plants requiring high temperature resistant properties; and bucket wheel machine handling which requiring high flexibility.
