1. Our range of HR(T1) Conveyor Belt are heat resistant suitable for continuous Temperature up to 125 degree centigrade on belt surface and 180 degree Centigrade for material handled.
2. Our range of SHR (T2) Conveyor Belt are used for handling material up to 150 degree centigrade on belt surface and 200 degree Centigrade for material handled.
3. Our range of UHR(T3) Conveyor Belt are used for controlled high temperature Applications, it is suitable for continuous service up to 180 degree centigrade on belt surface and 220 degree Centigrade for material handled.
These heat resistant conveyor belts are well-suited for heat resistance applications, where the temperature of conveyed materials is over 80°C. Heat resistant conveyor belt is applicable to conveying of the coke, cement, clinker and hot casting etc. These Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt are also resistant to oils and minerals. Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt
Oil resistant conveyor belt can be divided into three types according to cover properties:
1.Full oil resistant(FOL)
2.Middle oil resistant(MOL)
3. Low oil resistant (LOR).
Chevron belts transport bulk or packed materials on a steep slope, the design reduces the risk of slipping or falling back, even transportation on an inclined plane. Compared with flat belts, a larger quantity of materials can be transported, and the top cover and EP fabric framework are moulded for better adhesion and resistance.
Chevron belts are for general use, some models are specially made to be oil resistant or acid-alkali resistant, with all the conventional characteristics of flat belts. They can provide optimum performance in a wide range of temperatures, from below freezing at -45ºC up to +200ºC, depending on the applications and environment.
