Features:

1)High tension. Its tension is three times as large as that of nylon belt
2)Short take-up travel  dueta small elongation
3)Cover rubber filled with ST or fiber, the rip resistance improved.
4)Good trough ability ,flexible and suitable for the idler with straight run.
5)Good Performance ,Long Service Life. The single-layer structure good resistance to flexural fatigue and strong rubber  adhesion to the steel cords enable the ST belts to run a higher speed than fabric belts.
6)Internal inspection possible .Any damage can be identified through methods such as X-ray photography and to take appropriate measures.
7)Cover rubber, filled  with ST or fiber ,the rip resistance improved.

Standard:

GB / t9770-2001 standard shall be implemented for ordinary type, cold resistant type, ozone resistant type, g2539-93 standard shall be implemented for flame retardant type, Hg / t3646-1999 standard shall be implemented for acid and alkali resistant type, heat resistant type, tear resistant type and mt668-1997 standard shall be implemented for flame retardant type.
