4.Heat Resistant, High Temperature Resistant Fabric Conveyor Belt

Usage
It is suitable for conveying high temperature solid materials like sintering ore, coke, cement clinker, etc. which is used in metallurgical, cement, chemical industry and so on.

Characteristic
The cover uses superior ethylene-propylene rubber or halogenate rubber which will enhance the high temperature resistant property of the rubber and reduce the loss of heat aging.

Usage
Fabric cold resistant conveyor belts are suitable for conveying materials outdoors in freezing area, cold storage and etc.


Characteristic
The product selects nylon canvas or EP canvas as carcass. Cover rubber selects a blend of NR and BR, which has the properties of high elasticity, shock resistance, cold resistance and etc. It can work normally under the conditions of -60 °C.

Rough Top Conveyor Belt comprise 2 or 3 ply with cut edges, carcass of NN/EP fabric , With the top covers made using wear-resistant rubber featuring non-slip surface,used in transportation of light weight goods on inclined surfaces.,used for transporting light weight goods, such as sacks, boxes and parcels, on inclined surface at angles of 35 .

Characteristic
Top cover is made of wear-resistant rubber with a non-slip surface. It has a cushioning effect, mollifies and absorbs vibrations and impacts given on transported materials and simultaneously prevents slipping.

The surface resistance
The arithmetic mean surface resistance of the upper and lower surfaces shall not be greater than 3.0*10⁸.

Drum friction test
Each test article is in the roller friction test,No flame burning or non-flame burning shall occur at any part of the test article.The surface temperature of the roller shall not be greater than 325ºC.

 

Burning test of alcohol lamp
The burning test of alcohol lamp shall comply with the following regulations:
(a)Tests were carried out on 6 test products with complete covering layer,After removing the alcohol lamp,The mean flame burn time and flame free burn time of all test items shall not be greater than 3s.The individual value of flame combustion time and flame free combustion time of all test products shall not be greater than 10s.
9b)Tests were carried out on 18 specimens that were stripped of overburden,After removing the alcohol lamp,The mean flame burn time and flame free burn time of all test items shall not be greater than 5s.The individual value of flame combustion time and flame free combustion time of all test products shall not be greater than 15s.

 

Tunnel fire resistant test oven
For each test article,If it can pass any of the following two terms, the flame retardant belt is considered eligible.For the following:
(a)The undamaged length of each experimental product shall not be less than 600mm.
(b)The undamaged length of the test product shall not be less than 50mm;The maximum mean temperature shall not be greater than 140ºC and the loss length shall not be greater than 1250mm.
When the test is terminated during combustion due to the hazard to human and equipment,The test was deemed unqualified.
