Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt is specially made for the transportation of oil materials and organic solvents. Because of its properties in organic solvent resistance and oil resistance. Mainly used in vegetable oil processing, mineral sand plants and any other processing plants that require the transportation of oil-based products. The product being transported is accessed for the addition of alkali or acid-proof cover because the belt can be used for the transportation of chemicals. The belt is made to prevent rubber flaking and swelling phenomenon.

 

Oil resistant  conveyor belts are available in several versions:

• MOR - antistatic and medium oil resistant belt. Operating temperature: between -30ºC and +70ºC;
• G - G - antistatic and good oil resistant belt. Operating temperature: between -30ºC and +80ºC;
• ROS - antistatic and excellent mineral and animal oil resistant belt. Operating temperature: between -30ºC and +100ºC.

 

APPLICATION

MOR Conveyor Belt	Moderately oil resistant cover. Suitable for products with low content of animal and vegetable fats and oils (grains, rape and compost, fodder mixtures).
MG Conveyor Belt	Moderately oil resistant cover (suitable for products like MOR type) with moderately oil resistant skim coat, use for belts with cut edges and for sliding transporters. Suitable for applications, where aggressive material is present also at the bottom side of the belt and at the edges.
MOR PLUS Conveyor Belt	The belt type with moulded edge is used for materials containing animal fat or vegetable oil. The belt type is used within industries manufacturing and handling grains, food mixtures, soybean cakes, tinned goods, cellulose, wooden chips and fertilizers.
MG PLUS Conveyor Belt	Oil resistant cover and moderately oil resistant skim coat. Suitable for materials containing animal fat or vegetable oil. The belt type is used within industries manufacturing and handling grains, food mixtures, soybean cakes, tinned goods, cellulose, wooden chips and fertilizers. Used for belts with cut edges and for sliding transporters. Applied, where aggressive material is present at the bottom side of the belt and at the edges.
GMG Conveyor Belt	Highly oil resistant type for products containing mineral oils, terpene, pitch (wooden chips, timber).This type is resistant to lilamins that are used in fertilizer industry.
KMOR  Conveyor Belt	Medium resistant to oil and grease, flame resistant with rubber cover according to DIN EN ISO 340:2007 and anti static according to DIN EN ISO 284:2004
