It is suitable for long-distance transportation of bulk materials, used in mines, ports, electricity, metallurgy, chemical industries, coalmines, etc.
1. When a running belt is pieced and sensor loop embedded in belt is damaged, including the belt is torn, the signal control system will shut down the machine automatically and sound the alarm, so that the torn degree of the belt will be minimized.
2. When the conveyor belt deviates in running, the distance between the sensor loop embedded in the belt and sensor exceeds the set value, the signal control system will shut down the machine automatically and sound the alarm.
3. When the materials are jammed, the sensor will detect the abnormal running speed of the belt, the signal control system will shut down the machine automatically and sound the alarm.
4. The running state of the conveyor belt can be monitored through network at any time in any place.
The anti- tear conveyor belt has highly extensible transverse steel cords or polyester cords evenly arranged in the top cover (or both top and bottom cover) of the steel cord carcass. The anti-tear layer is perpendicular to the running direction of belt. When the belt conveys hard and sharp materials, the anti-tear layer can stop it from being pierced. Even if the belt is pierced, the anti-tear layer can still prevent it from being torn.
Steel Cord Conveyor Belt consists of:
•Steel cords: steel cords at certain arrangement which become the main tension holder of belt. Special high carbon content steel strand cords with special heat treatment, which makes the cord highly resistant to breakage and repeated dynamic stresses as well as highly flexible. Warp cords are galvanized and fully embedded in rubber. Twist cord alternating right and left hand to ensure the belt go straightly.
•Rubber Cover: top rubber cover+ bottom rubber cover, protect the carcass from abrasion, impact, water and other injurious influence
•Core rubber: special rubber layer with good steel cord adhesion properties
•Ripstop or transverse reinforcement: one or two steel breaker
