Solid woven flame retardant belts are used in conveying coal,without taking off for layers,low elongation,anti-shock and tearing resistant, usually used in mining.

PVC BELT: Used for conveying material up to 16ºC inclination under dry conditions.

PVG BELT:With rubber cover,suitable for conveying water material up to 20ºC inclination.

Solid woven fire resistant conveyor belt (PVG type)

The belt is mainly used in underground coal transportation, also in metallurgy and chemical industry. It is manufactured by plasticizing or vulcanizing solid woven core, which is impregnated in PVC paste. PVG type has top & bottom cover made from NBR & PVC.
