Crows Foot Weave (CFW) Textile Conveyor Belt

Crows Foot Weave (CFW) Rubber Conveyor Belt designed for high abuse installations is manufactured with a unique EP (polyester nylon) carcass with 50% more threads (ends) in the warp, 40% heavier weft yarn, 20% more weft threads (picks) and over twice the strength in the weft providing a belt with 5 times the strength of conventional fabric conveyor belts. It is recommended for high-impact service conditions like rock mining, quarrying, mobile or fixed plant crushing etc.

2. Advanced production equipment
 

We uses advanced production equipment for each production process.

In terms of rubber mixing, it has 8 sets of internal mixer, such as F370 internal mixer and F270 internal mixer. It adopts SSM low-temperature primary mixing technology to realize the whole process automation of rubber mixing and one-time forming process, which fundamentally guarantees the overall quality of rubber belt.

In terms of calendering, the cold-feeding extruder pre-heating process and the new 4S four-roll calendering machine are used to accurately ensure the specifications and thickness of sheet and adhesive.

Forming, the German technology of 2.4m wide sheet extruder and the Japanese technology of 2.4m with billet constant tension forming machine, to ensure the uniform of the stress layer of the belt and the quality of semi- finished products.

Sulfide, with a 2.4 mX12m / 1.4 mX16.6/1.6 mX10m curing equipment, the equipment is hot plate unit pressure can reach 60 kg/cm2, can fully guarantee and belt between each layer to layer, steel cord and rubber, cloth and rubber adhesive best efficiency. It can ensure the actual quality level of the adhesive belt, reaching the international advanced level of similar products.
 

3. Strict Quality Management

The company on the basis of the ISO9001 management system, combined with the group management system, established perfect rules and regulations, perfect corporate governance structure so that the company management system into a scientific, procedural, institutionalized, refined era. Fully guarantee the production of high-quality conveyor belt products.

4. Strict quality testing

In order to monitor product quality, the company has set up five rubber material laboratories, with drum friction, conductive static electricity, vulcanization instrument, coke testing machine, ozone instrument and other experimental equipment, to ensure the inspection and quality control of the whole production process from raw material purchase, small sample, in-process sampling inspection, finished product storage inspection.
