Our Multi-Ply Fabric Conveyor Belt can be offered with a wide range of rubber covers to suit a diverse range  of applications from extreme abrasion, cutting and gouging to light duty conveying of non-abrasive materials.

The polyester conveyor belt is also called EP conveying belt. Its framework material is the polyester canvas interwoven with meridian terylene and latitudinal polyamide fiber. It has advantages of short tensile, stable size good elasticity, shock resistant, heat resistant mould resistant, high adhesive strength. lt is applicable to convey material in medium and long distance, with heavy-load and at high speed.

CottonCanvas conveyor belts, also called CC conveyor belts, its framework material is woven by Cotton fibers both in warp and in weft.It has relatively small deformation under high temperature conditions. Suitable for short distance and light load transportation of materials.

Polyester Cotton conveyor belts is the upgraded product of the Cotton conveyor belt. Its framework material is woven by Polyester Cotton fibers in warp and Cotton fibers in weft. Its comprehensive physical and mechanical characteristics are obviously better than those of cotton conveyor belt, especially the belt body is thinner and lighter, the belt has better impact resistance and thus the belt has better performance and can reduce energy and material consumption for users.

The product selects Cotton Canvas,Nylon Canvas or Polyester Canvas as the framework material,fabric specs to be EP80~EP630, NN80~NN630, CC56~CC65. Rubber cover selects a blend of NR and BR,which has the properties of high elasticity, impact resistance, cold resistance etc.It can work normally under the conditions of -60ºC.

Applications:
The cold resistant conveyor belt can be used under the condition which temperature is above -60ºC,suitable for conveying material outdoors in freezing area,cold storage etc.

The presence of oil in the transported material can have detrimental defects on standard rubber covers:
•      It will degrade the physical properties such as abrasion resistance, tensile strength and tear strength;
•      The belt covers will absorb the oil causing them to swell and loose adhesion with the carcass.

MOR-Medium Oil Resistance. For conveying materials with moderate oil presence.
OR-Superior Oil Resistance. For conveying materials immersed with mineral oils


Features:
We use NBR as the main part of rubber cover. NBR has a high content of acrylonitrile. We use Cotton, Nylon or Polyester canvas as the framework material. This belt has advantages of low rate of volume change, high retaining rate of tensile strength, wide usage.

The belts, provided with sidewalls and cleats, have a high degree of flexibility, which enables effective transition from horizontal to inclined conveying (and vice versa). Belts can be adapted to different patterns or arrangements to suit client requirements.

Advantages of sidewall belting system:

The sidewall belt construction increases carrying capacity by up to 4 times compared to other kinds of traditional belts in the same width range.
A sidewall conveyor saves floor space by allowing the vertical elevation of materials, up to a gradient of 90º 
Due to the reduced number of components, the overall cost of a sidewall conveying system as well as the maintenance cost is lower than that of a comparable installation with traditional conveyors.
