Low energy consumption
The structure of straight warp and straight weft consists of aramid cords in warp and nylon cord in weft on both sides which will protect the belt. The lightweight aramid conveyor belt can reduce the power consumption of the conveyor. It will save more energy by using energy-saving rubber with low rolling resistance as the pulley side.
Impact resistance
As the toughness of aramid fabric can protect the conveyor belt from being punctured by sharp conveying materials. It can also reduce the damage of the conveyor belt even if in high drop distance.
High heat resistance and flame resistance

An endless conveyor belt is a belt provided to you hot jointed and prepared to fit in a ceaseless circle. The belts can be fitted to a machine without the requirement for a joint. The joint, hot vulcanized under plant conditions is dependent upon a year guarantee period. Such belts are utilized in areas such as the recycling sector, mobile crushing, screening, and small conveyors. They ensure quick installation and a low chance of failure at the site.

Fire resistant conveyor belt | |||||
Conveyor belts' self-extinguishing characteristics are measured using a variety of safety classes, international standards, and accompanying tests. Depending on whether a belt is for use above or below ground, and the level of fire danger with respect of the material being transported, test techniques and performance criteria vary greatly. Conveyor belts can't be completely fire resistant. When a belt is exposed to a naked flame strong enough to ignite it, it will burn. This is due to the fact that the textiles used in the belt's carcass (most typically polyester and nylon) are combustible and have little or no fire resistance.
DIN EN 12882 specifies a fire and flame resistant rubber conveyor belt for use above ground.
Inflammable and explosive items are transported on this conveyor belt. Coal loading and transportation, coal dust, steel works and foundries, food industries (powders, grain, sugar…), wood industries, aluminum, paper, chemical, and fertilizer industries are all possible applications.
Conveyor belt passes the following tests: resistance to cover burning, antistatic, and drum friction test.
According to DIN EN 14973, a self-extinguishing conveyor belt is designed for use in underground applications.
Conveyor belt designed for use in potentially explosive environments in hazardous installations. Tunnel construction, underground mining, and potentially explosive locations are all possible applications.
Resistance to burning with and without coverings (also skim layer fire resistant), antistatic, drum friction test, and propan burner test are all required for conveyor belts.

A. For individual test samples of fire-resistant conveyor belts, the time it takes to self-extinguish should be no more than 15 seconds.
B. For each group of six test pieces, the maximum cumulative time they take to self-extinguish should be no more than 45 seconds.
Heat resistant conveyor belt | |||||
Heat resistant conveyor belt, when conveying hot materials, the working surface rubber contact with materials directly. Conventional conveyor belts will be easily cracked and hardened under this condition. This will reduce the protection of carcass from cover rubber, thus resulting in carcass separation and splice failure. Heat-resistant conveyor belts select heat-resistant compounds and innovative structures to solve these problems.

• The optimal formula of EPDM/POE vulcanizing, together with the designed mixing process, to obtain ideal heat-resistant cover rubber.
• Aminolysis reaction resistant fiber material is covered on both sides of the textile carcass of burning through a resistant conveyor belt. It not only effectively isolate polyester fiber from direct contact with cover rubber, preventing carcass destruction caused by heat, but also retain a high adhesion to EPDM under high temperature.
• Anti-aging property of special textile carcass makes it no need to increase cover rubber thickness during belt design, resulting in a reduction in cover rubber consumption and production cost of burning through resistant conveyor belts.

Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt | |||||
Rubber swells and distorts as a result of oil penetration. This causes severe tracking and steering issues, as well as early belt wear and, eventually, total belt failure. These harmful oils, fats, and greases come from two different sources: mineral and vegetable/animal.
EP (polyester/nylon) is used as the carcass material for the oil-resistant conveyor belt. It has high strength, low stretch, good adhesion, and great rip and tear resistance. The surface material for the covering layer is nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). For the covering layer of oil-resistant rubber conveyor belts, NBR is the finest option.

Steel Cord Conveyor Belt | |||||
•Steel cords: steel cords at certain arrangements which become the main tension holder of belt. Special high carbon content steel strand cords with special heat treatment, which makes the cord highly resistant to breakage and repeated dynamic stresses as well as highly flexible. Warp cords are galvanized and fully embedded in the rubber. Twist cord alternating right and left hand to ensure the belt go straightly.
•Rubber Cover: top rubber cover+ bottom rubber cover, protect the carcass from abrasion, impact, water and other injurious influence
•Core rubber: special rubber layer with good steel cord adhesion properties
•Ripstop or transverse reinforcement: one or two steel breaker(No need for normal usage)
•High tensile strength, steel cord conveyor belt is suitable for transferring materials with long-distance, high intensity and large load.
•Small elongation in use, a very short take-up stroke distance needed.
