Heat resistant conveyor belt

Executive standard: implement GB/T 20021-2017 standard

Applicable industry: mainly applicable to steel, cement, chemical and other conveyor belt high temperature products industry.
Main features: it is made of high modulus polyester as skeleton material, and its covering adhesive is made of high temperature resistant materials such as EPDM and chlorinated butyl adhesive, which can transport materials below 180 degrees Celsius.

 

Cold resistant conveyor belt

Execution standard: HG/T3647-2014 standard

Main Features: Cold resistance temperature can reach -45ºC, the covering adhesive is made of natural rubber and butyl rubber and other cold resistant raw materials.

 

Burn-resistant conveyor belt

Use temperature 200-600ºC, instantaneous can reach 800ºC;The structure design of the strong skeleton layer is unique, and the covering rubber is divided into two layers, the outer layer has the characteristics of high temperature carbonization, burning resistance and flame retardant, and the inner layer has the characteristics

Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt

Oil resistant conveyor belt can be divided into three types according to cover properties:
1.Full oil resistant(FOL)
2.Middle oil resistant(MOL)
3. Low oil resistant (LOR).

Sandwich Belt

The material is sandwiched between two belts, and the material is conveyed with the belt at any angle. The entrainment covering belt is the pressure belt covering the material. The belt body is composed of two parts: the belt edge and the belt belly. The width of the belt belly is generally 3/5 of the bandwidth, which is embedded with good elastic materials, which can be closely attached to the material according to the material appearance. The edge of the belt is made of polyester fiber with higher strength, which is used to transfer power, and has better sealing, so as to ensure that the bulk material is transported in a completely closed state, without falling and dust flying.

The structure of the product adopts the transverse cold-drawn square steel bar to improve the rigidity, and the surface of the square steel bar is specially treated. To improve the adhesive strength of square steel bar and rubber, add reinforced canvas on the upper and lower sides of square steel bar, and stick excellent anti-ozonation covering adhesive on the outer layer to ensure its service life.
