Technical requirements of steel cord conveyor belt:

-Appearance quality of steel cord conveyor belt 

1. Flame retardant belt shall not have side waves.
2. The depth of flame retardant scar is greater than 1mm, and it shall be repaired completely (if the depth is less than 1mm, it shall not be repaired).
3. The bubble and delamination area on the flame retardant belt covering layer shall not exceed 1600cm² per 100 according to the specification, and shall be repaired and perfected.
4. The accumulated length of the side sponge or the torn side rubber on both sides of the flame retardant belt shall not exceed 8% of the length of the belt, and shall be repaired completely.
5. For each 100m long flame retardant belt, the edge rubber with a depth of more than 1mm shall not be pressed in more than 5 places and shall be repaired completely (the depth of more than 1mm shall not be repaired).
6. The flame retardant belt shall not have exposed steel cord
