Feature
PVC, PVG conveyor belt, also known as the whole core flame retardant conveyor belt, is made of the whole belt core after impregnation, plasticization, or vulcanization of PVC diffuse paste. It has high strength, a large transportation volume, and balanced transportation. At the same time, the product has good flame retardant, antistatic, impact resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Use
The products are mainly used for parallel transportation of coal mines and material transportation in metallurgy and chemical industries. The whole core flame retardant conveyor belt can be divided into PVC type and PVG type.
PVC type upper and lower layers are PVC, single-sided adhesive ≥ 0.8mm; PG type upper and lower covering layers are both special rubber and PVC, and the thickness of one side is 1.5mm-4.5mm. The transportation angle of the PVC conveyor belt is less than 16 °, and the transportation angle of the PG conveyor belt is less than 20. It can be used for up and down the transportation of coal mines, and the mt914-2002 standard shall be implemented.

2. Flame Retardancy
(1) Grinding number of drum: the surface temperature of the drum shall not be greater than 325 ºC
(2) Blowtorch combustion: the average time for full-thickness specimen to blowtorch without flame shall not be greater than 3.0s, and the average time for covering layer removal shall not be greater than 5.0S
(3) Propane combustion: Nondestructive length greater than 2250mm
