Structure and classification

The multi-ply fabric conveyor belt is composed of cotton canvas, nylon or polyester canvas as carcass to go through calendering, molding, vulcanization and other processes.

-Based on different tensile layer materials
Multi-ply fabric conveyor belt can be divided into cotton canvas (CC) conveyor belt, Nylon (NN) conveyor belt and Polyester (EP) conveyor belt.

-Based on the rubber conveyor
The multi-ply conveyor belt can be clarified as follows: Normal Standard, Heat-resistant, Flame retardant, Abrasion-resistant, Normal fire-resistant, Static-transmission, Acid-alkli resistant, Oil-resistant and Food type.
