Sidewall conveyor belt is one of the most effective ways of elevating materials in a confined space The economy is achieved by single belt operationWide range materials can be handled,less space requirement,no transfer point,low maintenance and big capacityCorrugated sidewall belt can be designed into a set of complete transportation system according to application.

 

• Corrugated sidewall design allows greater transport volume with increased sectional loading area, enabling a narrower conveyor design.
• Reduces foot space as steep incline or vertical transport is possible with pin hooks attached belt widthwise.
• No skirt board is required as transport materials spillage is prevented by high wavelike raised strips.
• Incline angle can be easily adjusted with specially strong belts and press rollers.
• Flat rollers may be used to reduce the equipment cost

Cleats
We designed special rubber compound for SINO-WALL cleats which is with good features of impact resistance and hardness to avoid cleat deflection
AII  Cleats have been specifically design to give optimum performance.The shape of the and'TC'types have been created to offer best conveying capacities along with excellent self-cleaning properties. Our cleats are either of the extruded type for the smaller profiles, all larger cleats are moulded to give the best shape retention even when conveying high-density materials. Cleat available in 2.5m for moulded.

Any intermetiate size side wall or cleat is available upon request.

To reduce spillage from the edges of the conveyor belts especially in the case of wet material or extremely fine material moving at high speeds, Indus has developed special purpose Sidewall Belts facilitating the reduction of such spillage.
We recommend for minimum spillage, fast and bulk material handling purposes.l handling across the industries where material is being conveyed.
