Nylon conveyor belt introduction
Nylon Chevron conveyor belt is suitable for conveying loose, bulky or bagged materials on inclined surface at angles of less than 40 degrees.We have different chevron mould for you choosing.The chevron height is from 5 to 32mm, width can be 400mm to 2000mm.Cleats and top cover rubber are vulcanized integrally,it is very stable, and cleat pattern, angle and pitch are designed elaborately and beautiful.
Open or closed chevron, according to your requests. Being used to carry powered, granulated and small lump materials at the gradient of max. 40° C, also for package handling.
There are open type and closed type, suitable for bulk or bagged materials such as powder and granule with incline less than 45 C.
