Acid and Alkali Resistance Belt
In order to fulfill the request of conveying materials under conditions of acid and alkali, we use cotton canvas, nylon canvas and EP canvas as the carcass during processes of designing and production, which creates properties of  good elasticity ,trough-ability and low elongation. Through mixing materials with acid and alkali resistance as the cover, the product shows a good performance of chemical corrosion resistance and fine physical property.

Advanced Production Equipment
We uses advanced production equipment for each production process.

In terms of rubber mixing, it has 8 sets of internal mixer, such as F370 internal mixer and F270 internal mixer. It adopts SSM low-temperature primary mixing technology to realize the whole process automation of rubber mixing and one-time forming process, which fundamentally guarantees the overall quality of rubber belt.

In terms of calendering, the cold-feeding extruder pre-heating process and the new 4S four-roll calendering machine are used to accurately ensure the specifications and thickness of sheet and adhesive.

Forming, the German technology of 2.4m wide sheet extruder and the Japanese technology of 2.4m with billet constant tension forming machine, to ensure the uniform of the stress layer of the belt and the quality of semi- finished products.

Sulfide, with a 2.4 mX12m / 1.4 mX16.6/1.6 mX10m curing equipment, the equipment is hot plate unit pressure can reach 60 kg/cm2, can fully guarantee and belt between each layer to layer, steel cord and rubber, cloth and rubber adhesive best efficiency. It can ensure the actual quality level of the adhesive belt, reaching the international advanced level of similar products.
 

Strict Quality Testing

In order to monitor product quality, the company has set up five rubber material laboratories, with drum friction, conductive static electricity, vulcanization instrument, coke testing machine, ozone instrument and other experimental equipment, to ensure the inspection and quality control of the whole production process from raw material purchase, small sample, in-process sampling inspection, finished product storage inspection.

 

After Sales Service
1. According to the contract, the Marketing Department provides customers with maintenance, joint, installation and debugging services and relevant technical guidance. The service personnel must strictly implement the process operation regulations, ensure that the joint quality reaches the standard, and fill in the "conveyor belt technical service file form" for archiving.

2. The Marketing Department is responsible for issuing the "User Usage Form for New Products" to customers within three months after the newly developed products are sold to understand the use of the products, seek customers' opinions and give feedback to the design and development department.

3.To customer complaints or inquiries, to carefully fill in the "customer opinion registration form", to give a reply within 2 hours, send personnel 8~12 hours to the customer location, the site to view the product, the implementation of the situation, analysis of the reasons, to provide processing opinions. Carefully fill in the "Product Quality Survey and Treatment Opinions List" and return it to the archives
