Corrugated Sidewall Conveyor Belt

Conveyor belt and belt conveyor are widely used for conveying of various solid block and powder materials. Conveyor belt can do continuous, high efficient and big dip transportation, shortened the transportation distance, reduced the engineering cost, saved labor cost and material cost.
 

Due to limitations on the work site or needs for elevating materials with a big dip angle, a belt with guarding boards will always be necessary,  so as to protect conveyed materials from falling or spilling. Corrugated sidewall conveyor belt, as one the most effective ways of material elevating in a confined space, is suitable for transporting materials within a 0°~90° dip angle

1. Belt Configuration

 

• The big dip angle corrugated sidewall belt is mainly composed by base belt, sidewall and cleats. The sidewall is mainly for preventing materials from sliding and scattering.
• The sidewall edge has been designed to be corrugated shape in order to bypass the pulley easily and smoothly.
• The cleats has been designed into T-type and TC- type to support the material to realize the material transportation in a big dip.
• The sidewall and cleats are connected to the base belt by the secondary vulcanization method and have a high strength of connection.

• According to the different properties of rubber cover, the  corrugated sidewall conveyor belt (common type with large dip angle corrugated sidewall conveyor belt)  has been classified into ordinary type, heat resistant type, fire resistant type, cold resistant type, acid and alkali resistant type, oil resistant type, etc.
