Production Process

Quality Control

In addition to the production according to the relevant national standards, according to the different technical requirements of foreign users, the company can also refer to the German DIN standard, British BS3289 standard, Japan JIS standard, the United States RMA standard organization production.

In order to monitor product quality, the company has set up five rubber material laboratories, with drum friction, conductive static electricity, vulcanization instrument, coke testing machine, ozone instrument and other experimental equipment, to ensure the inspection and quality control of the whole production process from raw material purchase, small sample, in-process sampling inspection, finished product storage inspection.
