HEAT RESISTANT CONVEYOR BELT | ||||||||
Application:
ZHENXING Conveyor Belt Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt most used in Steel mills ( saad metal, sintered ore, coke, pellets, slag, etc.), Cement plants (clinker, cement products, compound raw materials, dry clay, etc.), other (foundry sand, etc.)
Features:
1. Superior resistance to wear and heat aging when exposed to heat.
2. The core body is designed to minimize performance variation under heat.
3. Superior adhesion between the cover rubber and core body when exposed to heat.
Under normal working temperature of below 180°c, the Heat resistant conveyor belt is low in elongation, excellecntin anti-abrasion, and can bear 250°c high temperature for a short time.
Specification
Cover rubber: SBR, EPDM rubber or chlorobutadiene rubber.
Carcass: polyester cloth or cotton cloth.
According to the client's request, we can make an endless belt.
Technical data:
T1 able to bear the temperature range of material less than 200°C.
T2 able to bear the temperature range of material 150°C - 350°C .
T3 able to bear the temperature range of material 150°C - 450°C.
The heat-resistant conveyor belt carries out the GB/T20021-2005 standard.
HEAT & FIRE RESISTANT BELT
ZHENXING Conveyor Belt Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt adopts either an SBR or EPDM belt layer - a special high temperature resistant canvas as the carcass material -solving the issue of fabric shrinkage and deformation problems under high temperature environments, but also crucially avoiding the the problem rubber saturation and poor adhesion.

Oil Resistant Conveyor Belt
Oil resistant conveyor belt can be divided into three types according to cover properties:
1.Full oil resistant(FOL)
2.Middle oil resistant(MOL)
3. Low oil resistant (LOR).
Chevron belts transport bulk or packed materials on a steep slope, the design reduces the risk of slipping or falling back, even transportation on an inclined plane. Compared with flat belts, a larger quantity of materials can be transported, and the top cover and EP fabric framework are moulded for better adhesion and resistance.
Chevron belts are for general use, some models are specially made to be oil resistant or acid-alkali resistant, with all the conventional characteristics of flat belts. They can provide optimum performance in a wide range of temperatures, from below freezing at -45ºC up to +200ºC, depending on the applications and environment.
