Abstract:
The structure and performance characteristics of multi-layer steel wire rope core rubber conveyor belt are introduced.
The multi-layer steel wire rope core rubber conveyor belt is composed of an upper covering glue, an upper laminating glue, a steel wire rope core skeleton layer (at least two layers), a core glue, a rubber reinforcing layer, a lower laminating glue and a lower covering glue. The wire ropes are arranged corresponding to each other or staggered. Compared with ordinary steel cord rubber conveyor belts, multi-layer steel cord cord rubber conveyor belts have higher longitudinal tensile strength, better fatigue resistance, impact resistance and puncture resistance, and longer service life.

1 The structure of the rubber conveyor belt
The rubber conveyor belt is composed of the upper and lower layers of covering rubber wrapping the core skeleton. 2 Features of ordinary steel cord rubber conveyor belt
Ordinary steel cord rubber conveyor belt has the following characteristics.
(1) The longitudinal tensile strength of the ordinary steel cord rubber conveyor belt can reach 8 400 kN m-1, if necessary, its longitudinal tensile strength

(6) The ordinary steel wire rope core rubber conveyor belt has good dynamic performance and can be used to transport large-quality and large-sized ores. The steel wire rope core skeleton is wrapped in the rubber material. During the vulcanization process, the rubber material penetrates between the steel wire ropes and is firmly bonded to the steel wire ropes. Therefore, the impact resistance and service life of the steel rope core rubber conveyor belt exceed that of the fabric core rubber conveyor belt. The transverse reinforcement layer is added, and the steel cord rubber conveyor belt has better impact resistance.
(7) The tensile strength and service life of the steel cord rubber conveyor belt joint are basically the same as other parts of the belt body.
3 Structure of multi-layer steel wire rope core rubber conveyor belt
The multi-layer steel wire rope core rubber conveyor belt is sequentially from top to bottom along its thickness direction: upper covering glue, upper laminating glue, steel wire rope core skeleton, core glue, rubber reinforcement layer, lower laminating glue, lower covering glue, as shown in Figure 1 Show. (3) The thickness of the rubber reinforcement layer is related to the diameter of the wire rope. (4) When the wire ropes of the adjacent layers of the wire rope core skeleton are staggered, the number of wire ropes in the adjacent layers differs by one. For example, when there are three layers of steel wire rope core skeleton, the first layer has one more wire rope than the second layer, the third layer has one more wire rope than the second layer, and the number of wire ropes in the first layer is equal to that of the third layer.
4 Properties of multi-layer steel wire rope core rubber conveyor belt

Since the multi-layer steel wire rope core skeleton effectively reduces the impact force of the material falling, the phenomenon of material piercing the belt body is greatly reduced, and even if the belt body has The damaged part will hardly expand, and the repair is more convenient, thereby avoiding or reducing the production stoppage caused by the damage of the belt body.
