Quality Control

In order to monitor product quality, the company has set up five rubber material laboratories, with drum friction, conductive static electricity, vulcanization instrument, coke testing machine, ozone instrument and other experimental equipment, to ensure the inspection and quality control of the whole production process from raw material purchase, small sample, in-process sampling inspection, finished product storage inspection.

(1 ) Inspection of appearance quality; Visual inspection method was adopted
(2) Width measurement: check according to GB/T 4490. 
(3) Measurement of thickness: inspection shall be carried out according to GB/T 5753. 
(4) The hardness shall be measured according to the provisions of GB/T 531 . 
(5) The wear resistance was measured according to the provisions of GB/T 9867. 
(6) flame retardant and antistatic performance test: according to the provisions of MT 450 inspection
(7) PVC/PVC flame retardant belt overall tensile strength, tensile elongation, tearing force, joint strength, bonding strength,Check according to MT914. 
(8) flame retardant performance test: according to the MT1 82-1 998 test, in line with the requirements of MT914. 
(9) Flame retardant belt joint strength and joint service life test according to the provisions of MT 31 8/T 31 8.1 .
