Pipe Conveyor Belt
1. CONSTRUCTION
Belt reinforcement is composed of high tension fabric and steel cord. Covered top and bottom with high quality of abrasion resistant rubber compound. During operation, the belt become gradually into type U and finally into type tubular and conveying materials under a hermitic condition.
2. APPLICATION
Suitable for conveying materials in coal industry, metallurgical, construction and food industries, mines, ports, and power plants where the environmental protection and three-dimensional bending are required strictly. Because the materials are conveyed in a completely hermetic condition, they are not flying off everywhere, the environment is protected. Meanwhile materials can be conveyed at a big inclination and bended condition.
To reduce bending fatigue and suppress crushing of a pipe shape due to a reduction in lateral rigidity of a belt in long-term use. A pipe conveyor belt for transporting an object to be conveyed in a state in which a part of an endless belt-shaped conveyor belt that circulates is rolled into a tubular shape, and is conveyed in a tubular shape. Innermost layer canvas 12A and outermost layer canvas 12B formed of nylon disposed on the inner and outer peripheral sides, and a two-layer intermediate layer formed of polyester disposed between innermost layer canvas 12A and outermost layer canvas 12B Provided is a pipe conveyor belt having the canvases 13A and 13B, and the weft yarns of the innermost layer canvas 12A and the outermost layer canvas 12B are smaller in Young's modulus than the weft yarns of the intermediate layer canvases 13A and 13B.
